Our company's predecessor is Guangdong Cannery which was established in 1956, put into operation in 1958, and till now has a history of more than 50 years. At present, Eagle Coin has become a state-owned large scale food-processing enterprise brand which combined with production, operation and research, and has the self-run export and import right. Our company has the ability of producing over 4200 tons products, more than 300 permanent staff. In 2008, we submitted the annual taxation 8.896 million RMB and we have an asset of 0.7 billion RMB.
    Guangdong Cannery is one of the large enterprises during State 15 Period of Guangdong Key Focus Projects.After reform and opening-up, our enterprise transferred from department enterprise management to Guangzhou civic management. We had used Guangzhou Guangdong Canning Factory as our name, we are one of the first batch that received self-run export and import right in Guangdong in 1984. In 1987 our company changed its name to Guangzhou Canning Food Industries Corporation but still use the name Guangdong Cannery to run export business.For self operation and company operational system, we registered the name Coin in 1988 and then Eagle Coin in 1989. In 1994, our company changed its name into GuangZhou Eagle Coin Enterprises Group Corp( second name: Guangdong cannery) and so far it is still used.
